The next up in the Linkery’s food and beer pairing evenings showcases AleSmith on cask. $8 will get you a half glass of any beer, paired with a small dish crafted to marry the flavors. The cask lineup looks like Old Numbskull (barleywine), Speedway Stout, Wee Heavy (Scotch ale), Nautical Nut Brown, and Decadance 2008, their anniversary ale.
